Handling of Orders

1. Your order is not being executed
   Please check if the price is competitive enough;
   Cancel your order and place a new one that the follows price or a transaction handicap price.
2. You are unable to cancel your order or failed to obtain the corresponding tokens after transaction.
   Please submit a ticket with relevant attachments as evidence:Screenshot of order placement;
   Screenshot of exceptions or errors.
   We will process the ticket as soon as possible, However, do note that requests without screenshots are processed with low priority.
   Reminder: Please check your email for the progress or result of tickets;
   Tickets categorized properly will be prioritized.
